A student to an entrepreneur should have certain goals to achieve within a period. This article speaks on how to accomplish your goals. We all set up certain goals that are achievable and having more chances of success. If you want to stretch your Business or yourself to new heights then here are my views in goal setting and goal getting.
1. Have a good Dream, but be motivated: It’s fine to have big goals and dreams, but to achieve those; you have to do something about them and for this purpose you need to be self-motivated. The first thing you should know is the reason for your goals and having a desire to achieve it.
2. Break down your goal into different parts: Assign some work for yourself to complete regularly. The mini goals should be reasonable and sustainable. You should get an alarm for every time limit. You may not achieve all the mini goals. But while your try, you will achieve some.
3. Continue doing something daily: You can’t achieve your goals on one day and without having daily planning. For this purpose, you need to have daily plans and work on those regularly.
4. Adjust and adapt: As you are able to achieve your mini goals easily, slowly increase your goals to achieve bigger goal. If your brain accepts your mini goal as difficult, then you will surely quit doing it.
5. Rewards and feedback: The human brain feels happy if any one praises for the achievement of mini goals. As you are in the place of goal-getting, be bold to ask the feedback to others. Then, reward yourself each day when while accomplishing those.
6. Schedule slop time: If you are unable to focus on the mini goals, then schedule some slop time. At this time, you will finish it at any cost. Don’t make it a habit of ignoring daily. Then, you can never achieve your goal.
7. Feeling boredom: Achieving goals is not some festival to be happy. You may feel bored, but you have to do it. It’s a small stuff to do. Make slight difficulty in it. Successful people achieved their goals by doing some sought of work daily without feeling bored.
There is no secret drink or formula to success. Luck comes in to play, but with out hard work, it’s difficult to achieve the tasks. So, go and get ‘em.
